Fuchuangxi - Dapaigou is a section of Haikou’s program for rehabilitation of polluted river courses. To eliminate the root cause of filthy water, efforts were made to intercept pollution sources. Where municipal pipelines were insufficient, the wastewater is collected and treated with integrated BioComb equipment for in-situ treatment. The amount wastewater collected for treatment in this way reaches about 1,500m3/d, and the effluent meets requirement for class 1A in GB18918-2002 Pollutant Discharge Standard of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants.
